Hello and Thank You for taking the time to read all of the information in this site. I am forming this site so that all may hear my story and thoughts. I think it is important to find a way to help others and this is mine. Please ask me as many questions about my case (98DR504) in the ElPaso County Combined Courts so that you may learn something from it. Do not let yourself get sideswiped by any professional in the legal system. Again I want to reiterate that these are only my thoughts and opinions. Make sure that you see the Legal Documents Section to verify My side of this story. REMEMBER ITS THE CHILDREN THAT HURT THE MOST FROM THESE TYPES OF CASES MOST TIME LOSING CHILDHOODS ALLTOGETHER.
This has been a legal battle for my family and I since 1998. James is loosing his complete childhood due to many different circumstances ranging from a break down in communications between both mother Frances Gale & Father Lenny Griffin to overwhelming amounts of medications that many different doctors have prescribed to James. James has had no contact with is biological father or his side of the family for about a year now. This is an order that that the court has put in place now on the recommendation of Dr. Mark Hoffman. I, Leonard Griffin have been ordered by the court to have a Physiological Evaluation which again is based on a recommendation by Dr. Mark Hoffman. I am in the stages of completing that now. I have also completed so far a Drug Evaluation in which the section of the legal documents is published, which was founded to be that I have no Drug Problems. Also I have completed 9 weeks of Random Drug Testing, in which was all negative results. I have also performed an Anger Assessment which was founded to be NOTHING WRONG. All of this and yet the court has not asked for Frances (Biological Mother) to perform any testing and just assuming that she is a wonderful parent, but what really gets me is Why is the mother so great. I mean what has changed in Jame's life. From the documentation, the medications just keep getting added to and the therapy is increasing as well. Hmmmm, I still need for someone to answer the question for me, if the mother's home and lifestyle are so great then why all the increases? I can not say enough of what I think of this Dr. Mark Hoffman, so if you want the whole scoop on him, then just go to the contact section and mail me I would be happy to send you a pre-published letter and the complaint to the DORA agency here in colorado. Beware before getting involved with this doctor who might I add is a member of The Colorado Christian Counseling Group, (can you believe they do not regulate their members!) before you might get threatened, and loose any time of life. At this point all documentation provided to me shows regression in his learning capabilities within the standard school structure. Out of possible 5's, james is scoring 1's and 2's. Also if you will note on te document lbled James's Point Data, It clearly shows James being upset more then once when he is told he can not make contact with his DAD. This is the same as having to be dropped off for visitation and being told that this is the reason for him missing out on all the fun they are going to have while he is away and if he wanted to skip visitation then he could join them. This is an instance of what the mother has done. Please leave me feedback as to your thoughts on this next question, "should you have 4 PITBULL's who have already attacked one child on the block in the same house as 3 CHILDREN UNDER 9? " These are the circumstances in which my child is being forced to live under.4/17/2007 Ok so here is the updates. I have recently found out that the Mom FRANCES, had taken a job about 2 years ago with Wal-Mart in Pueblo Colorado. So what’s the big deal, Ahhhh well I will tell you the Step Father has had most of the parental responsibilities and with no legal right and no support of his Opinions on James's well being. Also (and not that its my business) Frances again successfully has made a separated family but for what? Well I'll tell ya, A Women! Yeah this really sets a great setting for a child, let alone 3. 3 children all by separate fathers and none that can get along with Frances. What is Judge Pelican thinking. Wow, let’s keep testing me for something they will never find! If they just tested the mother in this case than they will find out just what damage is being done as well as what dysfunctions she has. I also have learned that Frances is receiving $638.00 from the State of Colorado for James's DISABILITY. What Disability? What the fact that’s he is a 10 year old. I think Frances should Immediately undergo a Phsycolocical / Psyciatric Evaluation, A Depression Evaluation and most of all tested for Munchausen’s Disease. James is consistently complaining of Headaches and Stomach Cramps. He virtually can not control or feel his bowl movements. I fear that James is going to have long term health damage.
